Black Dog Ride 2021
This is not on our ride calendar but in trying to keep people up to date on things that are happening outside of the Branch I thought that I would post this.
Some of you may have already seen this but I thought that I would pass on the information that I received from the Black Dog Ride organisers giving details of their planned Alice Springs ride.
It looks pretty good and I think that they may have taken a leaf out of the ride that our very own Roger ‘Pirate” Rieger had planned but which Covid-19 got in the way of. There are a lot of starting points across the country but here is the one for us.
NSW/ACT:
Check in: Friday 6th August 2021. Check in and departure times to be advised. Start point: 121 Banna Ave, Griffith NSW. Total Distance: Griffith to Alice Springs – total distance 2,385 kms. Daily route:

Monday 9th August – 590 kms (Broken Hill to Woomera)
