Monkey was ride leader today, with his selected destination, The Nerriga Hotel. 8 riders were there, 7 BMWs and a Triumph Tiger.
After photos of all the twins, Monkey led us out, straight down the OPH and the Southern Freeway, all the way to the Fowlers Rd exit, travelling via Marshall Mt Rd and Church St on our way for morning tea at Jamberoo.
Moving on, Monkey led us up and over Saddleback and down into Kiama turning south for the run to Nowra and then Southwest for the climb to Nerriga, where it was notably cooler than it was at Nowra.

We were greeted on arrival by our South Coast Ulysses members Avachat, Casper and our ex branch president Tucktoes (Craig Carfoot) After a pleasant lunch, we were all keen to get back to the coast, where it’s much warmer, with the run north, straight up the highway, with some needing fuel along the way.
Thanks to Monkey for leading the ride today, about a 350km round trip.
