Feb 2024: For Sale 1991 Harley Davidson FXRS-CONV Low Rider Convertible

History:
Bought from Frasers 1992 after original owner traded it for a Tourer. Original motorcycle except for shiny bits the original owner added, a custom Harley double seat and luggage rack and Metzler exhaust pipes I added to make it sound right (original pillion seat and pipes are included). The windshield and saddle bags are removable more easily than with normal ones.

Genuine 51,000km, as I haven’t been able to ride it like I wished after the first 5-6 years. Bike has been serviced regularly every year, with receipts or service reports available back to 1993, including RTA safety checks showing mileage since about 2010. Security via DAT code etched into major components and alarm.

The petrol gauge doesn’t work and I haven’t been able to find a replacement, and the windshield is covered in fine surface scratches, which I believe can be polished out. I preferred riding without it.

Runs well and has just been registered for 12 months. Full authentic HD 1991 FLT/FXR Service Manual included. I haven’t been able to find comparable models for sale, but based on previous offers, I’m asking $12,000 ono.

Also Torque (Aldi) Men’s leather jacket, size XXL (110-114cm chest) in as new condition, bought 2019 for $189 and hardly used, asking $50, can sell separately.
