9 am came and went, with everyone avoiding the destination discussions, in the end, Andrew Spud Robinson volunteered to lead, Port Kembla Cafe, next to Hill 60 was the Destination, 8 of us headed out under clearing cloud, Spud led us south through the Royal and back to the OPH. Next we took the Picton Rd exit for a run down Mt Kierra and then taking Five Islands Rd, before weaving our way along the coast to Hill 60. It was my first time there, and it was quite pleasant sitting out the front, good food and coffee, rare earth and untapped gas reserves were the conversations of the day, and a bloke in shorts, and slip ons tearing past on a BMW several times.

From there it was a quick run over Hill 60 and back, before a run up Mt Kembla, followed by the run for home. Thanks gos out to Spud for leading. It was also good to see Gordon Speedy Scales back in the saddle after having his heart overhauled.
