Finally a cool day, so I thought I would join the Monday cruises group for a morning tea run, Perry, Martin B, and Whiskers were already there when I arrived, and they told me Whispers, due to his absence, had arranged for me to lead todays ride to Thirroul, as usual, I hadn’t heard from Whispers. Anyway, I led the group out with Andy joining us as we left.

I followed the instructions given, we went straight into the Royal, (very cool) then down along the coast rd (very windy on the sea cliff bridge) to a coffee shop at Thirroul, they all seemed to know which coffee shop we were going to. It was bacon & egg rolls, Black Forest cake and coffee all round, and very good and probably the cheapest I have been to for a long while. We discussed Martin’s past injuries list, Perry’s past 1400 motorcycle and side car and the thrills involved in riding them, among other things.

The trip home was via Bulli Pass, and up the OPH for most, and we stopped at Heathcote to say our goodbyes, thanks to Martin B for keeping the guys together and doing TEC, and everyone on the ride for the company, coolest morning for a ride this year so far.
