Shrek led a group of 5 riders on the Boorowa overnighter, via Windsor for morning tea, Lithgow, Portland, Bathurst, and onto Orange via Ophir Rd, We had lunch at Orange, before our final run to Boorowa via the very scenic run on Burnt Yards Rd and Darby Falls. The roads were in excellent condition for the most part.

Half way Dave was to meet us at Bathurst, but he ended up joining us on the M5 on the way out just after Moorebank when we passed him, and believe it or not, he stayed with us most of the way, only departing from the group as we exited the M 31 at Picton Rd on the run home, that was more than 90% completed, I don’t know whats got into him.

We enjoyed absolutely stunning riding conditions, with it clouding over around the southern highlands on the return leg, and we were greeted back to Sydney with a light showers as we approached Heathcote. A big thanks to Shrek for leading an excellent ride, and participant awards go out to Brian, Bob, and Half way Dave for the great company also.
