Was another great day at Bangor Tavern with about 20 turning up. Good to see most of the Phillip Island group join us and entertain with news of their trip. Mostly uneventful except for a quick hospital trip. All is well.
Shrek gave a speech about his trip coming up and last chance for SHIRTS.
NIGHT RIDER, SPARKY, SCHAFE got their name plates (about time) and Andrew got initiated with his Nic Name as PLUCKER because of his Guitar playing and collection of special guitars.
Great to see Ted (dancing Man) turn up on crutches after his new hip operation where the Lady manager chatted him up for some time.
Trouble with the LONG TABLE is that you only participate with discussions close to you BUT the discussion of the table was the ride with Bullfrog to Bungonia where the search for the two missing bodies was taking place and meeting the American Couple at Johnno’s Café who wanted to go to the forest where Ivan Malat killed all those backpackers. Little did we know we were in the middle of the new murder scene.
All ended by 2pm and we headed home in a happier frame of mind.
